I AM…..

Life is ever-changing. We are on a journey and often where we are today might not be where we were yesterday nor is where we will be tomorrow.

I AM woman!

I AM mother!

I AM daughter!

I AM friend!

I AM business woman! 

 And then there are the ones that define my inner being and who I need to be and further explore. I AM also  depends on what we allow ourselves to become. Are we challenging ourselves to be more I AMs?

I AM strong!

I AM creative!

I AM kind!

I AM compassionate!

I AM empathetic! 

I AM smart!

I AM intuitive!

I AM fun loving! 

I AM spontaneous!

I AM Loving!

I AM passionate! 

I AM ME!! 

I AM getting to know me more with each passing day and due to life’s experience! 

I AM growing and I AM always willing and able to do so!

I AM today different than I was a year ago! 

Challenge and affirmation : Stand in front of a mirror and tell yourself all that You ARE. If there are things you want to be then claim those too…change the statement from” I hope to be” to reflect your desire and state what you will be  by saying ” I AM…” and you will become!
