Solo Sunday

Another week gone by and the weekend comes to a close! Before it does though, take advantage of your solo Sunday and make the most out of your day. For this week’s suggestion, I am going to suggest you become a tourist in your own city! That’s right, take the time to roam around and see Montreal through the lens of the many foreigners that come visit our great city!!

The expected temperature is supposed to be +3c…so compared with those awfully -40c days, it almost feels like Spring!

Take a stroll in Old Montréal or walk around Beaver Lake. There are so many lovely streets you can walk- St Catherine, Crescent, Laurier, St Denis, Monkland, Mount Royal are but a few, where you can stop in at all types of great shops, have a coffee or lunch and just take in the great atmosphere of our wonderful metropolis!

If you are looking for something more indoors, there’s the  Biôdome, Insectarium, Botantical Gardens hot houses or the Planetarium.

Whatever you choose to do, have a wonderful Solo Sunday and a great week ahead!
