Solo Sunday

I have decided to do a Solo Sunday blog with ideas and suggestions as to how to spend your Sunday alone. It is a good day to reflect and relax in order to get ready for the hectic week ahead. For this week’s suggestion, why don’t you go out and catch the exhibition at https://www.mbam.qc.ca/en/exhibitions/on-view/the-beaver-hall-group/.  Walk around and look at the Colours of Jazz, or take a guided tour of the museum’s collections @ 1:30pm. Before you view the artwork, you can test your art of people watching. From 10:00am to 1:00pm there is a Colours of Jazz café where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and croissant. Since it is supposed to be a sunny day, why not take a stroll along St. Catherine and check out the famous holiday window at Ogilvy?  Whatever you do, enjoy your Sunday and embrace it. Just because you are solo doesn’t mean you have to be lonely. So, get up, get out and get social!
